Masha Yakubovich is an Analyst at Blake Street Group, where she focuses on delivering client solutions, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting Blake Street Group’s expertise in leadership assessment, development, and organizational review.

Masha graduated with honors in 2025 from Northeastern University, earning a B.S. in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics, and a minor in Mindfulness Studies.

Based in Boston, Masha is also a Certified Yoga Instructor and enjoys teaching classes in her spare time.
